- Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the brewing & cellar section
- Ensure the excellent process control are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality
- Conduct Autonomous Maintenance of TPM through 5S, CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Tightening, Lubrication), RCFA(Root Cause Failure Analysis)
- Minimum D-3 in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Biology or other relevant background.
- Have a minimum one year solid experience, in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP is an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to actively work as part of team.
- Good in analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
- Has a potential to be developed in the higher level in future.
- Work Location : Tangerang
