The incumbent will be responsible to assure a perfect link between field force and headquarters in order to implement distribution and sales strategy of the brand. He / She will also responsible to provide control and coordination of all sales & distribution-related activities within a geographic region. Other responsibilty are included but not limited to :
- Implementation of sales plans, objectives and strategies.
- Ensure the achievement of sales turnover
- To manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan.
- Recruit, develop and manage his/her teams. Ensure development of sales expertise and know-how
- Coaching of sales team in the field
- Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives
- Develop strong relationships and manage distributors
- Inform management about any relevant field news (competition initiatives, distribution)
- Holds Min Bachelor Degree or minimum Diploma degree in any major
- Min 2 Years Experience in consumer goods industry in General Trade or Modern Trade market
- Willing to be relocated anywhere
