General Requirements :

• Education Bachelor Degree majoring in engineering
• Have experience in the same position (Supervisor) at manufacturing min. 3 years
• Manufacturing experience is essential, preferably in Automotive Industry, JIT & Kanban experience desirable
• Good Leadership, Communication skill
• Good ability data analysis
• Fluent in English writing and speaking

• Good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, QCC.
• Understand PLC, SPC, P-FMEA, APQP, ISO TS-16949 & ISO 14001.

Senior Materials Planner (CIKARANG BASED)
Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, majoring in Engineering at least 4 years of experience in Materials Planner with strong sense of integrity.
• Manufacturing experience is essential, preferably in Automotive Industry.
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Good understanding of logistics, import process, custom clearance, duty and documentation.
• Good understanding of supply chain, inventory control, and MRP system.
• Able to lead and work with team in meeting set objectives
• Skills in issue tracking & resolution – prioritization, resource allocation & closure
• Ability to communicate with cross functional and diverse global & local teams
• Facilitation and process skills are critical
• Systems knowledge and overseas exposure would be an additional advantage
• Demonstrated understanding of Global Supply Chain Dynamics
• Demonstrated computer skills including high proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work self-directed in fast paced, multitask, matrix environment
• Good ability data analysis
• Fluent in English verbal and written
• Computer Literature

Industrial Engineer
General Requirements :

• Education Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in engineering

• Familiar with CAD, strong capability in technical drawing reading, creation and checking in detail level.
